How To Order/Quotation requests

How to order.

If you would like to order some of our products (from the products or showroom pages). If you send us an e-mail stating what it is you are interested in and how many you require, then we will get back to you (usually within 24hrs) with a firm quotation including delivery costs. You then contact us again telling us you wish to proceed. Then we will send you a 'pro-former invoice' this has all the details of your order. You sign this and return it to us complete with payment. When we receive this back through the post we will begin your order and it will be delivered to you shortly after.

Larger Projects

At Garton Heritage Forge we are frequently asked to complete major projects for community groups and councils as well as companies and private customers. Please feel free to contact us if you require assistance with any project where you think we may be able to help. We can give quotations based upon architects drawings and advise from there.

Trade Enquiries

At Garton Heritage Forge we supply items for the many companies all over the world as well as the private individual. Please contact us if you are interested in a trade order. Whether you are architects, building renovators or interior designs, we can accommodate you all.
